Igor Lojevsky has been appointed Vice Chairman of Eastern Europe at Deutsche Bank for its asset & wealth management and corporate banking and securities division. In this new capacity, he will be in charge of guiding these departments’ activities throughout the region. Prior to this, starting in 2008, Lojevsky held the role of Chief Country Office for Deutsche Bank Russia. Before that, he was Chairman of Global Banking and Capital Markets for Russia and the CIS at Dresdner Bank and prior to that, he held the position of Head of Sales and Origination for Russia and the CIS at Deutsche Bank. Other finance positions Lojevsky had held include: Co-Head of Investment Banking at Vneshtorgbank (VTB); Energy Policy Advisor for Europe and Central Asia at World Bank; advisor to the Russian Fuel and Energy minister and advisor to the President of a Russian oil major.
