Estonian Entrepreneur Vladimir Funtikov Vies to Add Mobile Gaming to University Education

Vladimir Funtikov, a 26-year-old Estonian entrepreneur, claims that Estonia should start teaching mobile gaming in universities as soon as possible. He explains that the mobile gaming market is growing rapidly across the globe. As a graduate of the Tallinn University of Technology and founder of Creative Mobile, Funtikov has also offered to teach students himself.

He said: “We are negotiating with one of Estonia’s higher education establishments and hopefully we will come to an agreement. We have offered that our professionals teach mobile gaming classes in exchange for being able to recruit new employees once the students graduate.”

Creative Mobile, a developer of several world-leading mobile games, currently employs around 60 people. According to reports, it plans to recruit additional workers from Eastern Europe, Russia and Ukraine. The company is currently worth between EUR 50-70 million.
